The charges stem from his red card against Brentford in the Premier League at the weekend.
Perez was involved in an incident that saw him confront the opposition coaches.
The FA's statement is as follows: Chelsea's assistant head coach, Jesus Perez has been charged with misconduct following their Premier League game against Brentford on Saturday, October 28.
It's alleged that his conduct during the 88th minute which led to his dismissal was improper, and he has until Thursday, November 2 to provide a response.
