According to the composite rankings, Pavey is the No. 939 player in the country, the No. 91 DL, and the No. 36 player in Ohio.
Things have been moving quickly between Pavey and the Badgers in recent weeks. Defensive line coach EJ Whitlow extended an offer to the three-star prospect during his visit at Wisconsin’s tenth spring practice, becoming the 19th school to offer.
Shortly after receiving the offer, Pavey locked in an official visit with the Badgers for June 14th. UW will be second in line on his schedule, with a trip planned to Purdue on June 7th and a visit with Indiana following his stop in Madison.
In his junior season at Taft High School, the 6-foot-3, 305-pound defensive lineman recorded 46 tackles, 9.0 TFLs, and 7.5 sacks.
The Wisconsin football program currently holds nine commitments in the 2025 recruiting cycle, which comes in as the No. 20 class in the country per the composite rankings.
