When Was Luisangel Acuna Signed?

Acuna was originally signed by the Atlanta Braves in 2017 but due to the Braves international signing scandal, the Braves were stripped of the ability to sign him. He ended up signing with the Texas Rangers on July 2, 2018, with a $425,000 signing bonus.
