Former All-Star Asdrubal Cabrera hasn't played in the majors since 2021, but he's still making noise on the diamond, though maybe for the wrong reasons. 

On Saturday, Carlos Castro hit his third home run of the night during a Venezuelan Baseball League between Caribes de Anzoátegui and Tiburones de La Guaira. After making contact with the pitch, Castro admired his long ball before casually flipping his bat halfway as he strolled down the first-base line. 

Playing in the field, Cabrera didn't take kindly to Castro's celebration meeting him as he rounded first base with a sharp left hook. 

To no one's surprise, a brawl ensued as both benches cleared. 

The 37-year-old didn't play in the majors in 2022. Cabrera reportedly had an offer from a team ahead of the season, which he declined, per Jon Heyman of the New York Post. 

After Saturday's incident, there aren't likely to be many suitors for the veteran this winter. 

Cabrera has 15 MLB seasons under his belt, playing for the Cleveland Indians, Washington Nationals, Tampa Bay Rays, New York Mets, Philadelphia Phillies, Texas Rangers, Arizona Diamondbacks, and Cincinnati Reds. 

In his last season in the majors, Cabrera struggled, batting .077/.194/.077 with two RBI in 20 games for the Reds. 

Over 1822 games, Cabrera has recorded 195 home runs and 869 RBI while slashing .266/.329/.423
