UFC light heavyweight Jamahal Hill continues his beef with Ariel Helwani.

Hill was paying attention to Chael Sonnen's recent appearance on "The MMA Hour." During the show, Sonnen and Helwani got into an intense argument over whether or not the UFC dropped the ball with Francis Ngannou. The heated debate led Hill to respond unfavorably to Helwani.

In a new video posted on his YouTube channel, Jamahal Hill blasted Ariel Helwani, saying the journalist only showcased bravado because Sonnen wasn't meeting him face-to-face.

"Chael's one of the best fighters in the history of this game and you're calling him a b****, coward, talking bout' this and that and those things, say it to your face and all this and those things, but whenever you had a problem with me you was crying to my manager, 'He's threatening me, he's doing this, he's doing that.' Now that was a real b**** move. Now, let's be clear, you were only being tough like this, talking all of these things because you had a screen in-between y'all. If Chael's in your face, in person you not talking like that. Let's be real," Hill said.

This isn't the first time Hill has had issues with Helwani. The soon-to-be former UFC light heavyweight champion felt Helwani took subtle jabs at him during an interview with UFC 295 headliner Jiri Prochazka.

Helwani offered an olive branch to Hill, inviting him to appear on "The MMA Hour" to air his grievances. Hill countered with an offer for Helwani to appear on his YouTube channel, but Helwani brushed it off.
