It seems that former Lakers guard Kendrick Nunn has signed with an international team to continue his basketball career. He spent the second half of the year with the Washington Wizards last season, but never signed with any NBA team this summer.
He will be joining the Greek team Panathinaikos for next season.
"Team owner Dimitris Giannakopoulos announced in an Instagram story that Nunn would be joining Panathinaikos, as BasketNews.com relays. According to Alexandros Trigas of Sport24.com, Nunn will receive a rest-of-season deal that will be worth in the neighborhood of 1.5 to 2 million Euros."

In 39 games with the Lakers last season, Nunn averaged just 6.7 points per game, and his three-point shooting percentage dropped down to 32.5 percent. It felt like he was never comfortable during his time with the Lakers, and it showed on the court.

Nunn never lived up to any of the hype that surrounded him when he first signed with the Lakers, and it hurt his standing with the team. He missed the entire first season that he spent with LA due to injury and then was traded last year in the deal that netted the Lakers Rui Hachimura.
Fans will remember him best for helping get Hachimura, or for his time with the Miami Heat when they faced the Lakers in the 2020 NBA Finals. It wasn’t a great Lakers tenure for Nunn, but we do wish him all the best with his new team overseas!
