Continuing his remarkable career at 39-years-old, Arizona Cardinals kicker Matt Prater is making even more history.
With 12:12 on the clock in the third quarter, the Cardinals offense left field following them being on fourth down.
The Cardinals’ special teams unit came out soon after and Prater would load up for a field goal from 55 yards away.
Prater stepped up and made his 80th FG from 50+ yards, the most by any kicker in NFL history.

The next closest are former Las Vegas Raider Sebastian Janikowski and Baltimore Ravens’ Justin Tucker with 58.
With his deadly accuracy from anywhere on the field, Prater is continuing to staple himself as one of the best kickers that the NFL has ever seen and will gather votes for this season’s Pro Bowl.
