Burnley midfielder Josh Brownhill says the atmosphere at Turf Moor has improved as positive results arrive.

Burnley thrashed Sheffield United 5-0 before drawing 1-1 with Brighton.

Brownhill said: "I feel like there is a buzz coming back. After the win against Sheffield United then the point at Brighton, you can sort of feel that buzz coming back around the place going into the game.

"Rather than going in heads down and out after a few defeats, we're going in after some good performances and points on the board.

"I think that's what had killed us a bit at the start going 1-0 down and the heads going down at the beginning of the season and I think it's completely different now.

"We look at the stats after and we pretty much outrun majority of teams in this vision, if not every single one when we play.

"I think we've cut out probably just a couple of mistakes which is obviously the some can lead to mistake costing a goal but probably a couple of silly ones and I think we've had a little bit of unluckiness with a few worldie goals that have gone in the top corner."
