Udinese midfielder Lazar Samardzic has assured fans of his commitment.
Samardzic saw a move to Inter Milan fall through last summer, while interest from Juventus arrived during the January market.
He told Udinese Tonight: "I have always tried not to pay attention to the transfer rumours, at the beginning it was complicated, but I spoke with many friends and the coach and they reassured me.
"I feel very comfortable in Udine, I have always said so. I have Udinese in my heart and I want to grow further here. It wasn't easy to hear people speaking badly about me. It's true that I was close to Inter and then it didn't end well... Okay, let's leave it at that (laughs).
"I can still improve and I feel good here, everyone is happy that I stayed. When they stop me they all compliment me and the team was also happy that I stayed. Nobody told me that I'm s***. This he helped me."
